Our residential rates are simple: Remote support starts at $60 (first hour included) then $45/hr, and On-Site support is $90 (travel & first hour included) then $65/hr. Specific projects like PC builds or file recovery are quoted as flat rates upfront. These rates are for residential support; small-scale businesses can contact us for a custom quote based on the support scale required.

For remote support on Windows, we use the built-in Quick Assist application. Because it is developed by Microsoft and pre-installed on Windows, you do not need to download or install any third-party software. Every session is encrypted, and you must explicitly authorize access by entering a one-time code to start the screen share.
